Common questions

How is Command OS priced?
Per agency, based on your size and the modules you turn on. You land on Incident Command and add Personnel, Training, Assets, Staffing, Documents, and Reporting as you need them. Tell us about your department and we’ll put together a quote.
Do you take credit cards?
Today we invoice agencies directly (purchase order / invoice), which is how most fire and EMS departments buy software. No card is required to start a trial.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most agencies start with Incident Command — the acute, daily pain — and expand into the other modules over time. Because everything shares one data core, turning on a module just lights it up; there’s nothing to migrate.
Is our data isolated from other agencies?
Yes. Each agency is its own tenant and sees only its own people and incidents, enforced in the database. Sensitive personnel data — medical and PII — is kept in separate, tightly-controlled tables.
Is it grant-eligible?
Public-safety software is commonly eligible under federal programs like AFG, SAFER, and EMPG. We can provide documentation to support your application.
